The full scale Gee Bee model Y Senior Sportster was designed as a sports car of the air, not as a racer like the R1 and R2. It was clearly the best flying of all the Gee Bees.
Our new ¼ scale Gee Bee Y 120 ARF must have inherited the originals good manners because it’s very smooth and stable in the air and surprisingly easy to take off and land. Some say it flies like a trainer. We even specially engineered the landing gear (and those big, beautiful wheel pants) to be tough and forgiving. The "Y"s ground handling is right up there with the best tail-draggers and you won’t break these pants off on the first rough landing.
All of this model contain laser cut quality woods, outstanding quality, fast assembly, easy handling on the ground and in the air, and the tough good looks of aviation’s Golden Age…
You’re going to love this one!
